    Our most popular

    Taste through our four expressions and experience how different wood finishes impact the same Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Conclude with a fifth pour that you personally thieve from a surprise barrel.

  • The Bottle

    Barrel strength with a story to tell

    Thieve RD1 bourbon from our rotating barrels on site and straight into your own 200 ml glass bottle to take home. We’ll create a custom label for the final packaging. A perfect souvenir or gift!

  • The Distiller

    Take home your own mini barrel

    Select three RD1 bottles (750 ml) to pour into your own 3-liter barrel to take home for additional aging on American White Oak. Choose your favorite RD1 profile or blend your own unique expression.

  • The Bartender

    Entertain with ready-made cocktails at home

    Bring the bar home! Let us fill a 3-liter RD1 barrel for you with 36 cocktails (Barrel-Aged Old Fashioned or Manhattans) made with RD1 Bourbon. The perfect entertaining accessory!

  • The Guest

    Sip and enjoy

    Grab a leather barstool at our cozy bar and enjoy RD1 bourbon served neat, over ice, or in a traditional or seasonal cocktail. Beer, wine, and soda also available. Open till 5 pm daily.
